Frequently Asked Questions
I recommend inquiring 4-6 weeks prior to your date needed to ensure that I have plenty of time to perfectly capture your image. When there is a holiday (Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas..) please consider ordering 8-10 weeks out as my work load generally increases these times of year.
Yes! This request usually applies to multiple animals per portrait or people who may not be with us or are just unable to photograph together. Please send well lit photos of each subject so that they can be blended together to the best of my ability.
Due to the nature of custom artwork, returns are generally not accepted. Under some extreme circumstances we may be able to replace or redo your artwork, but only at our discretion. Please reach out if you have any concerns.
Please send well lit photos for me to work from, the more details the better your painting will be. If you have a favorite photo or look of the subject please note it in your order email.
If your order needs to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, I will evaluate how much work has been done prior to cancellation and we can determine what your refund will be.
Paintings are shipped through USPS as first class or priority depending on weight and distance.
